My twin 
recieved her first ever DD today! Also, this past Wednesday marked her second year of being here on DA! I decided I wanted to make some congralutory art for her, and this is the result. It's supposed to be Cisqua, who is one of princess's favorite Anime/Manga characters. I ended up drawing her without her hat, as I carelessly forgot to allow for enough space at the top to do so. 
It doesn't look as much like Cisqua as I hoped it would, but I still like how it came out!
